About

Michelle Belegrin, sound practitioner and well-being curator, New York City.

Michelle Belegrin is a New York City–based wellbeing curator, practitioner, and educator helping individuals, leaders, and teams reduce stress, restore energy, and cultivate greater clarity, presence, and connection.

Blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic modalities, Michelle creates bespoke experiences designed to shift the internal state, supporting nervous system regulation, expanded perspective, and a deeper connection to self. Her work spans private clients, Fortune 100 teams, global brands, luxury hospitality, and private member communities, with clients and collaborations including LVMH, Soho House, Zero Bond, Nonfiction, and Faena.

Rooted in Eastern teachings, neuroscience, sound science, and energetic principles, her approach brings together sound, meditation, breathwork, restorative practices, and mindset work. Rather than adding more to an already full life, her work creates the conditions to slow down, reset, and reconnect with what matters, allowing clarity, creativity, and possibility to emerge more naturally.

Michelle holds certifications in Sound Healing, Clinical Nutrition, Yoga (200hr), Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Arts, Reiki, and BioGeometry. She is a founding partner of Lore Bathing Club and the former founder of Casa 505 Interiors, bringing together wellbeing, intentional living, and aesthetic refinement throughout her work.
